‘As an Independent Social Worker, working with Children, Young People and their Families, I specialise in Assessments of Prospective Adopters and Foster Carers and Project Management within Social Care. I currently manage all the non-agency adoptions for a Regional Adoption Agency, Adopt Thames Valley. My passion is to work alongside children and families to improve outcomes for children and young people and to develop projects that work therapeutically to improve family communication. With strong report-writing skills and extensive experience of working in a multi-disciplinary context, I also draw on my commercial expertise from working in the private sector for over 20 years.’
